TEC Canada Groups - Supporting local charities

Three Edmonton based TEC Canada Groups combined to hold their first fund raising event for two local charities. We used a Edmonton firm's online auction software to conduct our auction BID Beacon . The chosen charities were put forward by our members with a random draw held at one of our group meetings to select two charities. The result was that we raised $2,165 for each of "CNIB (Alberta North)" and for "Kids Up Front".
