Tears have no weight but carry heavy emotions

Well said by John Green~~"The world may be broken but hope is always crazy" A very genuine feeling.. And so much familiar one. I suggest.. Engage yourself in something. Can't find anything..?? Why go far..?! Then engage yourself in social media! Read something even if you don't feel like doing it. Sleep a lot..even if there are lots of dreams. Write your thoughts down even if they sound very stupid and haphazard. Watch something that keeps you busy.
Because according to me, this feeling won't go by hugging someone..reason being you might already have that person in mind hugging whom will make everything better, but most probably you can't even hope for that now. Talking might help..might not. Again because you don't feel like talking to people in random. And with the one you want to share isn't available. Everyone might seem uninteresting to you. Everything might seem lost. World might seem broken. But you got to find this happiness that's inside you..hidden somewhere.
I?believe the best therapy is - Go to your roof when nobody's at home. Take some rough papers along with you. And then shout as much as you can, make sure your tonsils pain. After that start tearing the thick bundle of paper you brought along with all the energy you have. Now, you might wonder what this is all about. In the process of shouting you will eventually end up crying or feeling relieved. Trust me. When you tear a thick bundle of paper, which is actually difficult, you lose a great amount of energy in the process. This makes you calmer.

That heaviness within could be so painful and exhausting. Tears do help but in case of its absence one can try to help oneself by self talking. Talk to yourself. Be your own best friend. Just ask yourself with all kindness and love what is it that is bothering you so such. You may not get a simple answer but it is necessary to question yourself. At the end you may or may not find an answer but just try to gently pull yourself out of that emotional phase. It's doing you no good. Breath, relax and introspect you do not deserve to be so unhappy...no one does...
Emotions are something you feel, not in the same way you feel a pain in your leg, they are more subtle and more powerful in the sense they form a large part of your life experience. If we become too tense we can literally feel locked in which can impede our natural capacity to feel and express our emotions. Emotions then can become trapped. One potential solution is to become aware of the heaviness and see if there is any feeling of it moving…If you cannot discern any movement try gently massaging or tensing that part of your body until you feel a shift.
I believe that you have exhausted all your strategies. The ends that you fought to reach has become meaningless too. Throw away your past remorse and be afresh as you have survived a long war with resources exhausted. This is the time to restructure yourself... A new vision a new brand image and a new mission and new goals. Forget not... Work from the means to the ends... and not vice versa... Remember, all great people come across this multiple times in thier lives... Just the difference is that they endured that to survive to be great. This is a calling for Legendary Greatness... Cheers
