Sir,
I wish to thank you for the generous offer that you have addressed to me. However I would only be able to enjoy it partially.
Indeed, I am old (85 years old) and I have already created, thanks to your marvellous ‘tool’ most of the subjects which I could dispose of, and that merited, I think, to be valued in this way before I leave this world.
But I wanted to take advantage of this opportunity which is thus afforded to me to write to you and to portray for you the great pleasure that I have felt every time that I have had recourse to “Photobox” !
Your programme is extraordinary, and for many reasons:
- it is easy to use, because the many operations that it allows one to carry out are very clearly explained,
- and even if one has occasionally to resort to using some images which, from your side, are declared to be ‘of medium quality’ then on arrival, no doubt thanks to the competence of your staff, all appear always to be of very good quality,
- if it also happens that one needs to ask for help, one is then connected to advisers who, in addition to their extreme kindness, always know how, as soon as possible, to resolve the problem that one has encountered,
- but I would go further in relating to you that even if we have not always known how to reach the customer service team that was indicated by your ‘automated voice system, the person in your company that one eventually reaches (through one's own mistake) never sends us to another department; she takes it upon herself to help enlighten us and always to give one directly the best solution.
I have never, previously, encountered a service such as yours on the Internet !
At Photobox, every one of your agents seems to perfectly master the components of this computer programme, to share with us their teaching, and always without departing from their great friendliness and also their patience with the customer who sometimes is elderly…
For some time now I have felt the need to write this. You have given me the opportunity. I thank you.
