Teamwork makes the dream work...

Amanda Greenwood is an Executive Coach and Organisational Change Consultant.

A flatmate of one of her colleagues had previously designed her a logo for her company ALD Consulting to go on her invoices (left) but she didn’t have a brand. She’d been undertaking consulting work as an associate to other brands like Deloitte, or picking up executive coaching clients through referrals. Now she wanted to step out under her own brand, productise her offerings and gain work through more than referrals alone.

Her business name was way too generic and didn't give her chance to connect emotively with potential customers, so Amanda booked a Naming Call first. We renamed her business from ALD to Real Teams - a stronger and more meaningful name, as Amanda coaches teams to show up as themselves at work and celebrate the diversity and difference of each individual that makes up the team.

She then completed a One Day Brand Accelerator to co-create her brand, including a positioning strapline that she loved.

We even developed quirky illustrations based on drawings Amanda did on whiteboards to explain her concepts, and incorporated these as extra brand assets.?

Her illustrative and quirky approach was also reflected in the logo we created for her ...a jumble of individual letterforms coming together to make a coherent and ...well, real...team.

The finished result was so different from her corporate competitors, Amanda was blown away - and may have even shed a tear!

Despite the challenges of the last couple of years, her confidence and business has since gone from strength to strength.
