Our first team is the Dealer/Distributor team. Each team of Regional Account Manager and Regional Account Specialists provides support. Such as helping general contractors find a dealer in their area or helping dealers that do not qualify to purchase directly find a distributor. This team works with our dealer/distributor network to deliver the best training and support possible.
Our second team is the direct team. If you are calling to upgrade your care center’s nurse call system, this is who you call. Our Direct team walks leaders of senior care communities through the whole process of purchasing a call system. From putting together the quote to showing you the product demo to the installation of the new system, our direct team is available to support you. Cornell Direct is also here to provide training, assist with upgrades and any technical issues that may arise. ?
These teams don’t compete against each other. Our direct team is here to not only serve senior care communities, but to also have a close connection to the end users so our R&D team can create upgrades that senior care communities actually want.
