Teamsdagen 2024 ??

Teamsdagen is the largest modern work-focused conference in the Nordics. The main topic is Teams and everything in and around it: Copilot, ways of working, Viva, governance... This was my fifth(!) Teamsdagen. With Swedish as my third language, I still can't fathom that I've yet again presented, mingled, and workshopped in Swedish—and survived!

The first day was devoted to pre-conference workshops. Amanda Sterner ???? and I had a great day with our "Kick-start your Champions network" workshop. I was super happy with our active workshop group, and the day flew by with lively discussions and practical exercises. A live workshop setting like this also offers something you can't get anywhere else: ideas and knowledge sharing from peers from other companies facilitated and initiated by experts. It was a pleasure to have the possibility to see so many sessions on the actual conference day. If you are presenting, there is always that excitement and slight nervousness and preparations for your session, and it's hard to truly enjoy the conference before your presentation slot. This time, I "only" was a guest in the AMA panel, which allowed me a great, learning-focused day!

Copilot was, of course, the star of many sessions. This year, the Teamsagen stable "Epic Tips and Tricks" was a competition between RDs St?le Hansen & Ulrika Hedlund and Microsoft's Erik Olsson & Nina Rapp , facilitated by no other than Caroline Kallin ? . My favourite tip was Erik's accessibility feature: how to read aloud - and even translate and read aloud! - messages in Teams.

In other interesting sessions, we also heard real-life experiences of Copilot adoption from Thore Andersson Anna P?lsson and Jenny Jansson (facilitated by Niclas Bovall ), learned how to diagnose and heal yourself from Teams-related illnesses by Johan Hurtigh and Magnus Born?s and discovered how to avoid the rainbow-coloured "shit dip" in Copilot adoption by Ralph Lindgren?? , Jonas T?rner ?? and Christine Solmar Godring - tips that actually suit for any technology adoption ??

Josefin Stenmark continued our workshop theme with a great and practical session about creating (and keeping active!) a Teams team (Centre of Excellence) for Champions. Josefin also happily accepted to replace me in the Scottish Summit, since I had to cancel my attendance ?? So: me and Amanda's epic "99 problems" rap session is now presented by Amanda and Josefin! I truly encourage you all to see their session; Josefin is a rising star ?

St?le Hansen has a digital well-being concept (which I encourage you to check out on YouTube!). This time, Ville Gullstrand accompanied him and showed great examples of the Copilot dashboard to support Copilot adoption. This is a must for all Copilot initiatives! There was also a cool digital giveaway related to Copilot adoption calculations in the session. Please go check it out in his blog and thank Ville afterwards ??

Now it's time for me to head back to Helsinki and take a moment to reflect everything I learned. I'm sure there will be a lots of new ideas I'll use in our Copilot journey at OP Financial Group ??
