Team weekend visit _ Kasauli

Dear All,

It has been a long time I have not got chance to write the next version of my newsletter due to new job role.

Today's I got chance to share few updates.

Thanks to M/s GPS Renewables for arranging a wonderful visit to the town in HP. few memories, learnings of this weekend I am going to share.

1. In the projects the main driving force is team, if you are able to lead a team in a cohesive manner nothing is impossible, unity gives solution to tough situation every time.
2. Conflicts are evitable, let us work closely to solve one on one the best way to complete the difference of opinion.
3. No one is perfect in this environment, let's us have a learning and knowledge sharing mindset to groom each other.
4. The project milestones are very important let every member should be aware of the same to maintain transparency and mission towards common goal achievement.
5. let's not waste time on multiple debates, try to convert the session, meetings into brainstorming sessions to get multiple ideas and get the benefits of different experiences.
6. If someone is not expert in one field, we should evolve more to find the potential in him or her and allocate the work accordingly, no one is made for the same thing to do again and again.
7. Taking calculated risks in project is essential, you may lose sometime but the experience you are going to gain during the journey of failure is awesome. I have tried and enjoyed the same with different energies in my career.
