Team Up & Think Big

Working alone may not be a very great idea. Hence, team up with like minded people around you to increase your physical presence as numbers. Once you have formed a team, you can also select a team leader or keep it by rotation such that all get chance of responsibility. It is sure of lots of fun to lead the team.

Create time schedule for everything and work on time, monitor progress, make correction and navigate through all shorts of problems.

There is rarely a final goal for technology or research and hence, you have right to make changes in the target point to be achieved. However if you have to land on Mars then you have to think of the Mars even though you may make an emergency landing on Moon.
