Our team is small, but it is mighty - and full of talented women who make a huge and positive impact on our company, team, and customers. Not only do they bring to life innovative ideas and reshape the way environmental impact is managed, but they also contribute to a happy and caring workplace.
It’s part of our values to show appreciation and support for every team member, but this month, we wanted to shine a spotlight on the incredible women on our team.
Today, let us introduce you to Eloise Watson, our amazing Customer Success Manager. To get the real picture, we asked the people who work with her every day: the SiteHive team. This is what they said.
What is Eloise Watson’s role in SiteHive?
Eloise is the go-to person for any of our customers who need help. For a start, Eloise is the real human being behind our online webchat, who answers customer questions and makes everyone feel welcome. More than that too, she develops our support documentation and “How Tos”, manages the Help Centre, and helps get our products out to customers (often including bonus lollies??).
Why wouldn’t we thrive without her??

She always actively listens to clients, and she’s improved how we respond to client requests through features like a dedicated SiteHive support phone number, website live chat, and more documentation. She also makes personalised ‘How To’ videos for customers so individual clients can see exactly how to solve their issues.?
Eloise also keeps things running behind the scenes, including logistics and solving on-site issues, so that we can support customers before they even know they need it! You’ll often see her with a screwdriver in hand, or being the voice of our customers by sharing their feedback with our software and hardware engineers for ongoing product development and innovation.?
Overall, she’s improved customer experience massively by offering constant, highly responsive support from initial deployment to maintenance and returns. “Our customers continuously challenge my thinking, inspire fantastic ideas, and offer genuine, honest feedback, making every interaction rewarding and fulfilling.” Eloise says when talking about her daily interactions with customers.?
What makes it so enjoyable, easy or special to work with her?
We are all unanimous in saying that Eloise brings great energy and joy to our team, and is much appreciated by our customers.?
Her down-to-earth positive vibe is everything! There isn't a day when Eloise isn't laughing or cracking jokes - as one of the team says, her humour is “sick.”?? In her own words: “I love working in customer success at SiteHive because it gives me the chance to engage with some of the most hilarious, caring, and intelligent individuals on a daily basis. Having a good laugh with at least five people each day is just one of the many joys I experience”. She brings an earnest and intelligent attitude to solving any problem, and helping out is in her nature. We couldn’t rely on a better person to make our customers' lives easier, help them use SiteHive products and services effectively, and make informed decisions to minimise their environmental impact.
