THE TEAM: RESPECT, MOTIVATION AND SUPPORT
If a member of The Team “fails”, The Team fail. To achieve a goal, all members must work together, and the one who failed needs support, not punishment.?
Without respect, motivation and support, Team members become discouraged, and the mission is compromised. If you do not trust the other, the Team collapses and becomes a group of people working together, but it is not a Team at all.?
Humans, not machines, make a strong and successful Team: feelings are important. Sometimes Team members desperately ask for help and support, even without saying a single word. ?
Take care of Team members around you, look into their eyes, greet them with a smile, ask them how they are… and be kind. Try to make them feel good.?
Once respect and trust are lost, there is a point of no return.?
The Team is important, of course, but people are much more important, without a doubt…
