When did you join Lean Technologies?

I joined the Lean Technologies team in the fall of 2014.

What is your role at Lean Tech and what does a typical day look like for you??

I wear different hats many days, which I enjoy.? Most of the time I am working directly with a current Thrive partner or potential new ones.? I get the opportunity to help them win in their area of the operations and make their lives better.

What aspects of our culture do you find most rewarding or unique??

There are multiple things I appreciate about our culture.? One is a servant-hearted mindset towards each other and our customers.? Another is a how each team member takes ownership for their areas of influence within the company.? This allows us to celebrate wins, work together and quickly add value for our customers.?

What is a project you’ve worked on that you are proud of?

?I got the opportunity to travel this spring to 15 manufacturing facilities that use Thrive.? To hear how it helps them day to day and how much they value the support our team gives makes me proud.? It makes me proud because I hear this from new customers and ones that have been around for years.? That means have built a culture and product that is impactful!

What do you love about Thrive?

?I love that it puts the power in the hands of the operations teams.? This allows for good operational leaders to make visible their priorities, engage their team, close the loop and celebrate the wins, forming their own healthy culture.

If you could trade jobs with someone for a day (and be proficient at it) would you want to try?

?I would like to trade jobs for a day with one of our code developers.? It is like magic that you can type something on your keyboard and make a software do something.? It is crazy powerful, and it would be fun to say I made it do that with the code I wrote. ??

Outside of work, what are your hobbies or interests?

?I enjoy spending time reading the Bible, hanging out with my family and friends, and spending time outdoors.

Any other tidbits of interesting aspects/facts about you or your life that maybe someone wouldn't know or would be surprised to learn??

I lived in Ghana, West Africa and helped start a business there.? Lots of stories to share over a beverage if anyone is interested.??
