Let me drive you through this exciting journey of the creation of Inventam. It all started on the day of 01/01/2018 when our CEO,?Ishani Desai ?left the job to start her first project, and never looked back.

She managed this project while working parallel at Ryerson University,

She has held executive roles in Software ?and Consulting Services organizations, giving me experience doing business internationally with leading global companies in multiple industries - Governments, Utilities, Health Care, Edu. tech, Manufacturing,?Fintech, ?Gamming, Communication. My involvement in highly scalable projects and engagements has given me a broad understanding of the challenges the IT industry faces today.

With vast of experience in the IT industry , I offer IT consultation services to startups, Small to medium?businesses. I aid organizations in designing & developing bespoke, niche-specific, & unique apps & websites,?CRM, ERP Automation software. I extend my services to diverse industries including -?SaaS, Healthcare, Fintech,?eCommerce, EduTech, & On-demand digital solutions.

?Hareen Desai , our CTO, was managing 8 individuals for manière projects, coding overnight from 9:00 pm to 3:00 am. Despite working these late hours, he was honest with his then-current job as well, giving a head start for his office at 9:00 AM sharp.

1st Dec 2020 was a happy day for Inventam as we started our first office on that very day. But COVID had different plans. But Inventam was stronger than ever and didn't bow down.

After the pandemic, the new destination of our office was Valentina business Hub, at Adajan, Surat in March 2020. But for the safety?of our team, we started working from home and hiring was in full-fledged OCT with its first 3 employees.?

Team Inventam again stood up high after COVID in June 2021, and took a big leap further this time, starting the official HR department in Oct 2021.

Our HR Department at Inventam has never taken a backseat in our operations. They have ensured that a new qualified employee was hired every 15 days. Currently, Inventam has begun to see a huge expansion in terms of human power & projects.

Inventam stepped on another milestone with the inauguration of a new office in June 2022.?

This journey has been a roller coaster ride from being a service provider to becoming a software consultancy firm. We have lived to serve our clients and meeting their needs is very important to us!
