TEAM
When scrambled, TEAM can be MATE. Without the right chemistry and inherent communications, the challenge of making a TEAM work is an uphill task. Today, every organization is struggling to find the right balance / mix / ingredients it takes to build the right and most effective TEAM.
The culture of TEAMWORK in any organization essentially needs to start from the top. Transparency, Trust and Accountability are key ingredients for any TEAM to work effectively.
If the right mix and ingredients are achieved, then what follows is exponential growth patterns and all around development. This also makes every organization less reliable on "SOLO-Players" i.e. people capable of single-handedly turning things around for the organization but do not fair as well when placed within a TEAM. It becomes very tiresome if an organization has to adjust to the whims and fancies of individuals. One ends up losing precious time only trying to keep pace.
For healthy and sustainable growth, it is imperative that every organization looks at the TEAM works. Your TEAM essentially needs to be a collection of individuals i.e. MATES! who jointly drive your business forward.
