Strategic Realignment
We need to get the team realigned so that everyone is in sync and working toward a common shared goal.
Many MDs and CEOs I work with THINK this is already in place.
But the strategic vision, while crystal clear to them, is much fuzzier for their management team.
One of my clients categorically told me his team had complete clarity. But when I spoke to the team, they were overwhelmed, confused, and wasting a lot of time.

This makes a MASSIVE difference—key decision-makers are empowered to use their initiative, reducing the need to keep pulling you in to make decisions.

5 个月Very interesting we need you on our group ‘Save Our Green Spaces’. Quite hard to align objectives with tactics. The sad truth is the rural green spaces are under threat of thousands of new houses. Hardly anyone from Bristol who uses these spaces knows about this!
