?However politics is fatal, still, DON'T ALWAYS WISH PRAISEWORTHY TALKS IN YOUR FAVOR. FEEDBACK IS IMPORTANT TO GROOM SKILLS & ENHANCE PERFORMANCE.
Team Leaders:
Don't boast only you. You have to guide the juniors. Don't convey their weak points directly to your Seniors without proving your potential to manage the problem and motivate them for increased performance in a good way.
Diplomatic nature violates the leadership ethics.
DO NOT MANIFEST FAVORITISM Or 'ME- ME'. ONLY BECAUSE YOU ARE SENIOR OR EXPERIENCED DOESN'T MEAN YOU ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT Or NEED TO USE YOUR FOLLOWERS' LOYALTY.

Be involved with every team and ensure all is well with rapport. Fire or continue with a bad Junior/Senior Hire, All up to you.
