Good Evening !!

Just want to share a brief notes about "Team Communication" which i learnt from my seniors and mentor during my professional Journey.

  1. Explain a Purpose & use Because generously.
  2. Admit when you don't know, others will help.
  3. Listen and don't ignore other opinions.
  4. Ask Questions. Show interest and clarify blind spots.
  5. Challenge Ideas, Innovation often comes from a discussion.
  6. Apologize and admit mistakes.
  7. Deliver feedback. Help each other to improve.
  8. Don't be afraid of healthy conflicts. They are part of your team's growth.
