Paul Lawrence, Principal of Leading Systemically and Honorary Research Associate at Oxford Brookes University, will discuss current debates in Team Coaching and help you develop your own practice model, cutting through much of the current confusion that permeates the team coaching world.

Based on a meta-study encompassing more than 500 articles, he will share what the literature has to say and present some cool ideas on team coaching that are rooted in that literature, translating some of those ideas into practice.?

At the end of the series, Dr Declan Woods, the AC’s Global Head of Team Coaching Standards and Accreditation, joined host Maxine Bell to announce the AC’s Team Coaching Accreditation Scheme. Put together following global research on what was needed, the scheme was a labour of love for Declan. He shared what the scheme was, who it was for, and how to prepare for it.
