A TEAM built on True Empathy. Some fond memories from Accenture CIO

I know it is late may be after a year. My apologies for that Team. But the memories made me nostalgic while re-reading those messages again from last year, this year, yet again. It brought some fascinating memories of my TEAM (Together Everyone Achieved More), my Manager, Colleagues, and many friends I was fortunate to make, breaking the level barriers within such a short time. They were at the center of everything I was enabled to do. They were my hands, brains, courage, and strength to navigate to a place where experience never mattered, to a place where experiences meant everything.

Even though within CIO an internal organization, it was a revolution, that we as a Team brought. This is the first time we looked it from an outsider's lenses. We started caring for our own people, easing their lives be it Accessibility Compliance automation, Business, Security, or Operational. We started the culture to treat employees as our first experiments as customers, that we otherwise would be serving outside at a customer premise, or at any external venue. We could transform the culture, the thought process, and brought that holistic and historic change. That's the time when the "Intelligent Automation" or "Intelligent Technology Operation" was born.

I was fortunate to have such a strong team, that I supported. More often it was simultaneous coaching and learnt events for me as a servant leader. My Team was fortunately filled with passionate people who were able to stand up something so amazing, brand new with natural language processing, data wrangling, feature engineering, data refinement techniques, flexible & adaptive custom ML models into pipeline, and a whole cognitive platform with a magnificent Angular facade brought to life. It was a pure art of limitless perseverance that these true bright minds collaboratively pull together into play. Accenture as always being a great organization built on collaborations as a cultural hub. As I look back and keep appreciating, everyone was given the opportunity, responsibility, accountability, and the respect they deserved to thrive in a positive environment. We as a Team made it all possible.

I can only say, "Yearning empathy and deep compassions for the Teams you collaborate with or contribute to, are the real earnings in your career journey."

Thanks a lot of for sharing your thoughts and wishes. It really means a lot to me. These are my best things remembering Accenture after a year now.

@Rahul M - Thanks for the trust in me and the Team I supported. That was the strongest enabler for greater collaborations from every corner. Thanks for coaching me on many occasions as a great leader. Appreciate it all.
