Team building with my favorite team

A good company is built on excellent people.

We have excellent people and we strive to develop and maintain good working relationships inside IT Genetics.

Good relationships start with good people skills - that's why we try to do our team buildings in the most efficient ways using interactive discussions and exercises.

Building and maintaining good work relationships not only makes us more engaged and committed to our goals, but also open doors to new opportunities.

We had a good time  together this weekend and i felt happy to see everybody discussing or doing something new, outside of the office. We played football, table tennis, boardgames, relaxed in the sun and even biked across the hills nearby.

Devote a portion of your time to lay the foundation of good relationships, even ten minutes a day, if it's genuine, can help you to build a bond with your teammates. Be honest, congratulate people on jobs well done and try to avoid gossip.

Remember that the more you give in your relationships, the more you'll get back from them, from those around you!
