PURPOSE OF THIS ACTIVITY.
What are these four colours? Why are these four colours important?
In one of the Michigan State University research, various human traits were linked with the four colours, namely Gold, Green, Orange and Blue. Following activity is developed by studying that research.
So, let me introduce you to these fours colours and their traits.

This colour is mainly found in HR people. You too would feel it after knowing the traits linked with it.

These four colours sound utopian until we know how to use them.
Let me give you an example, imagine you are an HR head and want to help your Project Head or HODs in evaluating the missing pieces in their team. You can create a form on Google Forms or your outsourced form platform for better security. It can look like this.
You can put all these colour traits in separate sections. The measurement tool can be a rating system (1-5) or it can be up to 10 scales according to your need.
The data can reflect on your excel sheet in this format.
You can use the SUM tool for adding all the respective traits.
Finally, you can compute all the details in your sheet.
After studying the data, you can generate results to your respective HODs like this.
