Team Building

Team Building (傳沙球雜技) – Divided into small groups, participants are asked to pass “information” (sand ball) around the group in a specific order and sequence.  They must not drop the  “information” and are asked to complete the cycle as fast as possible.  They are challenged by the facilitator to dramatically decrease their time and typically are able to make remarkable improvements in speed and quality.  Has a theme of making Impossible to possible.
