A team is a group of people working towards a common objective.

A team Building is the process of enabling that group of people to reach their objective .A team building is an ongoing process that helps a work group to go forward into an organized unit. Here the team members are not only contributing to opportunity for accomplish group tasks, but belief and carry one another and respect one another individual diversity.

A team building stages: to simplify the team objective, to recognize those issues which restrain the team from reaching their objective, to attend to those issues, to take out the inhibitors and enable the objective to be achieved.
