Team

When a decision has to made as a team, everyone's input is needed. Inside of a team there are many individuals but one goal and one culture. Everyone brings something unique to the table. It is important to ensure everyone knows their opinions matter, when it is time to make a decision as a team. There has been several times when the person in the back of the room, as quiet as a church mouse, is called upon to give input. Usually the input that is given is the final piece of the puzzle or has made the path clear so the team can move forward.
