Teaching What You Know
A year ago I started working on building a great magazine for the Talent Industry. There were many ups and downs along the way, but it was all worth it to create something more than just a magazine that helps newcomers break into the Talent Industry.
InTalent Magazine is now a full fledged educational system, were experienced Members can teach others what they have learned through Articles, Classes and Webinars. We hand select our Instructors based upon experience in their fields. We choose the best of the best to be our Four Diamond Members. (An Invitation Only Membership Level).
The philosophy behind this is that people want to learn from those who have been there and become successful. They want to be able to say "I learned from ________ ", and have people know who they are talking about.
Our compensation package for these Stars is a system that goes beyond a single paycheck. On top of being able to charge $10-20 per person for classes and webinars, our Four Diamond Members share in all of the profits from the site. This includes Memberships, Store Sales, Advertising, Events and more... If their Articles appear in the magazine itself then they also share in the profits from sales and Advertising for that issue, including all Archive Issue Sales.
But InTalent Magazine is more than just another Social Network where people can learn the skills they need to become successful in their careers. (There are hundreds of sites like that.) Our Members can also open their own stores on the site, promote their events and shows, utilize our Jobs Board, create Crowdfunding projects and more...
