Education is not preparation for life Education is life … John Dewey

John is one of dem old dead white education people and the quote above about education don’t prepare you for life education is life. Looks like this. Sometimes we bury students, parents, uncles, aunties and teachers. When that happen the lesson comes outsides. And what we teach is we are in this together. I am here. Ms Charles might go on a type a way when you out of line and my home work not do. But dah is just das some of us teachers we got you.

The mother of my students was a teacher. I remember calling her for SBAs and she never failed to show up.

Girls live like the light your mother would want you to be. Go light up where ever you show up! It going to rough! But we hear so light up We got energy to share.
