An efficient teacher engages people with #mind, an effective engages with #heart and the great engages with the #Soul.

If #teacher is revered as divine then every #student is divine too because only divine can see the #divine. I see every student, every bit divine and bow down to all in #gratitude. Giving & Receiving is one phenomenon, Learning & Sharing is one phenomenon. Hence Teacher & Student is one phenomenon.

Good teacher answers the #question but a great teacher ask the right questions! And questions the answer thus he/she enables to pass thru every exam and leads by an example.

One of my fav quotes is 'Instead of cursing the #dark its better to #enlighten it'. Well, most of us in praise of light get blinded with light i.e. they cant see the dark. Suppose, there is some problem and we say (pretend) everything is fine then how can we bring the solution? To see both....the light (solution) and dark (problem) we need eyes. As long there is 'I' (ego) we cant have holistic 'Eye' be it business or social issues....

A great teacher never blames the student and system by saying 'My job is to take the horse to water and to drink water is a choice of horse' rather he says with #conviction 'I shall make the journey of learning & sharing so #interesting, #insightful and #inspiring that the student has to drink the water happily'
