"I can't believe the difference in my son - at first, when I was told he would need to be home tutored I was worried about who would turn up at my door from an agency, and whether or not it would have any impact at all on my child's education. Max had been expelled from 2 comprehensives, 1 PRU and was refusing to work with pretty much anyone- until now. I don't know where Emma from Reed found Diane, but she is an absolute diamond, and a rare one at that! Reed helped me in explaining the needs of my son to Diane, and also helped set up an introductory meeting through Caerphilly CCBC so MAX could meet his new tutor before starting. Its taken a while to get here, but I am very happy to say that Max is now not just engaging in his work, but absolutely loving the art of learning! He will even be sitting some GCSE exams next month, I cannot thank Reed and the council enough for making this happen. Thank you".
