TEACHERS ARE NOT VALUED
Dr Philip Mcgraw has shone a light on the violence teachers suffer at the hands of teenage students. Dr Philip recently interviewed three teachers Mr Steve and Mrs Tiwana on his new prime time show, Mrs Tiwana was brutally attacked by a young teenage girl who was being disruptive in the classroom. The whole altercation was captured on video recorded by the students which later harnessed 46 Million views on Social Media. Mr Steve a high school teacher who reprimanded a teenage student listening to music during class with earphones on was later Punched by the student who was so "agitated" that he ended up punching the teacher and later turning violent towards the other classmates while it was recorded live on camera.. According to many qualified teachers , Parents are responsible for the children's behavior in schools as they never hold students accountable for their actions and the violent behavior is usually learned at home. Mrs Tiwana also raised an alarm on the decline of Teacher-Parent consultations , Parents never take the time to meet with teachers regarding their children's behavior. Teachers are exhaustively losing their passion for teaching, most teachers feel underappreciated by the Principal, Grade heads and the school administration. Dr Philip Mcgraw also highlighted the dangers posed by remote learning During the Covid19 lockdowns, the lack of supervision and accountability has made students disruptive , Ill disciplined and practically dangerous.
