Teachable

I clearly remember when I was mentoring teachers, just sharing with some of them on what might work better was like trying to move plants. It was hard! I know as hoomans, we have our operations, systems, beliefs and teachings that we hold onto to survive on earth. We need that to SURVIVE but too thrive, we need MORE! We need to learn and adjust. We need to learn to be like rubberband. How your wondered how strong there are AND yet, so flexible?

Let's get straight to the point! For us teachers, how can you expect children to learn from you when you yourself as an educator, are not willing to learn? How can leaders, CEO or founders expect the people they work with to learn, when they are not wiling to learn? It's a round circle out there! You can only expect what you practice, and yet you have people walking around wondering why aren't things working?!

This is what I believe! As people, we have to have an open heart, open heart to learn. Whether you use that learning or not, is another story. Open your heart to hear. Be that person who chooses what to hear, and when your hear , open your heart!
