Building on recent sabbatical experience in Kenya, we launched a non-profit organization, Teach2Give, that focuses on providing Kenyan students with accredited classes (similar to Capstone) and individualized mentoring via video.? ? Mentoring yields tremendous results as we help first generation graduates in the Mt Kenya region to enter the world stage.? ? Graduates with mentors receive more feedback, life coaching and have a better perspective facing typical workplace challenges.? ? We are helping them achieve life goals - not just career goals. ? In just 9 months, we have classes in four universities, 15 mentors and over 50 Kenyan mentees. ? In 2024, the current mentees will become mentors to take a big step towards our goal of impacting 500 university students.? ?
