Teach Someone...
Do less in order to become more productive.
Last week, I encouraged you to "Teach Something" in order to make good on the first sentence above (and purpose of this little weekly Newsletter).

And.
Many people reading that last article thought I meant teach a group of people.
And...
The Problem:?I Get Nervous Teaching A Group Of People
This week, imagine you and I are standing on stage at a huge conference together.
No worries. The venue hall is empty. But still... huge :-).
ME: "Hey, how are you?"
YOU: "I get nervous teaching a group of people."
OK.
So.
Instead of worrying about teaching a group of people...
Teach one person instead of imagining (or actually) teaching lot's of people.
Start here.
The Actionable Tip: Teach Someone
You are great at what you do.
Teach someone.
Then.
Someone else starts to get good at what you do.

5 个月I've always found it helpful to ask about the learner's background, in order to find the analogies that will help them understand new concepts. Some people relate to cars, others to cooking, etc.
