TDAM in Action: European Infrastructure Asset Tour

Jeff Tripp, our Head of Alternative Investments, was joined by our Chief Investment Officer David Sykes, as well as Michael Craig , Head of Asset Allocation & Derivatives to tour some of our European infrastructure assets including wind farm projects in Sweden, as well as sea ports located in The Netherlands.

Aside from enjoying the views and experience, they discussed the potential benefits of these assets - including the ability to provide clients differentiated income streams, portfolio diversification, an inflation hedge, as well as enhanced risk-adjusted returns. Amongst many other things, infrastructure helps transport and sustain communities – and just as it helps facilitate goods getting from one place to another, infrastructure can potentially help increase the probability of investment success when added to your investment portfolio.
