TCS ranked as top European employer

Yesterday, TCS was ranked as a top employer in Europe for the fifth year running by the Top Employer Institute. Whether you give credence to such awards but if you put it in the broader context, you will see that this leading position comes with a great responsibility both as a role model to customers and as a successful business concern for all TCS employees.

The Top Employer Institute examines closely the conditions which a company creates for its employees to develop both professionally and personally according to nine key HR criteria. These are among others, talent strategy, learning & development, performance management, leadership development, compensation and benefits and company culture.

The IT service industry is one of the most dynamic industries on the planet and one which is fueled by knowledge and innovation. One of our biggest agendas as a company is digital transformation and this is very much work in progress across the multiple industries where we are present.

Without significant investments in continuous development and growth, we will be unable to deliver on that transformation agenda – the same one that creates conditions for all businesses to grow in the future world economy.
