Steps for online registration (Advisable to complete through a desktop/laptop)

Step 2: Select ‘India’ geography & next click on ‘Experienced Professionals’ tab

Step 3: Click on ‘Login’ and go to link ‘Register with us (For New Users)’ and create your profile by filling in the details. (Please select area of interest as ‘BPO’)

Step 4: You will get the EPCN number & Password to your personal e-mail ID

1)     Match your Qualification and skills with the Qualification and skills set mentioned in the JD-Scored out of out? Awesome!

2)     Verify if this job is your area of interest

3)     Pre-requisite

·        Online Registration–No candidates without online registration are entertained for the interview.

·        Knowing the source-. We do not want you to end up giving interview for other profile so make sure you contact the same person who has shared this mail.

·        Knowing your EP number – You will get your EP number at the end of online registration.

·        Updating your resume- Remember your job resume is the reflection of your experience. Make sure you highlight the skills or experience that you possess which is very much needed for this job

 Eligibility

1.      Candidates who have attended the interview process with TCS in the last 6 months will not be eligible

2.      Should not have more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment (If yes, should be for a valid reason)

3.      Immediate joiners are preferred/Maximum accepted notice period is 30 days

4.      Should be available for face to face interview

·        2-6 years of relevant experience in end to end international KYC from Banking background only. (Domestic KYC experience is not considered for the role.

·        Full time Graduation/Post graduation (No backlogs or pursuing or correspondence or from Open University) and Commerce, Business administration background preferred.

·        In depth Knowledge and understanding of KYC process and documents.

·        Familiarity with Global regulatory requirements around KYC,FATCA, DFA, EMIR across diverse entity types

·        Knowledge of Research Techniques like Company websites, Stock Exchange, Regulatory bodies

·        Good communications & interpersonal skills

·        Good comprehension & analytical skills

·        Proficient in keyboard skills & good working knowledge in excel is a must

·        Adaptability to learn new processes, concepts and skills and an eye for detail

·        Should have hands on experience on AML / KYC tools such as WorldCheck, Lexis Nexis, Bankers Almanac, Negative News Searches, OFAC search, Factiva, RDC , SEC , FINRA , One source, PI Navigator, Orbis and other like sites and services.

·        Good understanding of financial markets

·        Good communications & interpersonal skills

·        Good comprehension & analytical skills

·        Proficient in keyboard skills & good working knowledge in the internet is a must

·        Adaptability to learn new processes, concepts and skills and an eye for detail
