Congratulations! Bradford Allen Realty Services/TCN Worldwide in Chicago completed a tenant representation assignment with Chicago Real Estate Resources, Inc./TCN Worldwide. Ben Azulay at Bradford Allen initiated the assignment and worked with Nate Gautsche, CCIM at Chicago Real Estate Resources, Inc. (CRER) to complete this 10-year restaurant lease.

Unique Properties / TCN Worldwide has arranged the sale of an industrial warehouse facility located at 11601 E. 33rd Ave. in Aurora. The asset traded for $5.4 million.
The pandemic years were tough ones for universities and developers of student housing as closures and restrictions kept many learning remotely, taking gap years or just waiting it out at home. Over the past several years, though, the worm has turned: Student housing rents are on a robust upswing that hit an average 9% nationally this past fall.
Demand for office space surged over the past 12 months in cities driven by the tech sector, according to the quarterly VTS Office Demand Index (VODI). The movement indicates that tech employers are revisiting their office space needs and considering policies that could require employees to return to the office in some capacity, part-time or otherwise. ?
