Mediation Services Coordinator, the one and only Emily Reilly , has nominated Pip as our first Consultant of the Week of 2023. She’s been rushed off her feet recently facilitating loads of complex and multi-party mediations and facilitations. An integral part of TCM, Pip’s really helping to bring peace to parties in conflict, protecting mental wellbeing and saving organisations time, money and stress.

After a civil service career in several central UK government departments of state, Pip shifted her focus internationally. She managed and led several cross-cultural, civil-military high performing teams, often spread over several different geographic locations. delivered programmes seeking to address the drivers of conflict.?A TCM mediator, she now uses her experience and skills to reduce the negative effect of conflicts close to home.
