We will never forget the game Netherlands X Australia for the World Cup 2014, held in Porto Alegre, capital of Rio Grande do Sul, the southern state of Brazil. The citizens here are called “Gauchos”, and they welcomed the Dutch visitors in the most amazing way.
With many Brazilians cheering for the Netherlands, the team of "Laranja Mecanica" could not lose, even with an outstanding performance of Australia (3-2). The match was attended by the Dutch Royal Highnesses King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima, the only match the Royals attended in Brazil.
