Taylor Shawver Promoted!

Taylor Shawver has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Co-Founder of Integral, an award-winning employee communications and engagement agency. Previously she was Vice President, Strategy and Culture.

Taylor joined Integral in 2018, just a few weeks after Ethan McCarty founded Integral. She and McCarty built Integral from the ground up, growing the firm to include clients ranging from non-profits to medium-sized businesses to some of the world’s largest companies.

Taylor has worked with more than 20 Integral clients across industries ranging from beauty, fashion, finance, technology, nonprofit, management consulting and healthcare.? In 2022, she was named a Ragan Top Women in Communications Rising Star and a PRNEWS Top Women Awards Rising Star.

Taylor is also a member of the Page Society’s Future Leaders program, which prepares high-potential communications executives for the role of chief communications officer or agency CEO. She is enrolled in the Syracuse University School of Law and plans to combine her experience as a communicator with her knowledge of the law.

A graduate of the College of Charleston and member of the inaugural class of the Martin Scholars, Taylor now serves on the college’s Department of Communications National Advisory Council and has been an active mentor in the program.
