Tax v/s Salaried in India
Tax v/s Salaried in India
Since the incorporation of GST, tax collection has been increasing year by year. Still, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitaraman is applying some taxes in a miracle way. Recently she increased one more tax percentage, which means you need to pay 18% tax on selling your old car. Previously, the tax was 12%, but now it will be 18%.
In India, according to one survey, around 7 to 10 people pay tax per 100 people. All those taxpayers belong to the middle class. On the other hand, any politician who wins an MP or MLA election will get a separate pension for every election victory. There is no tax for them and more than expected benefits. In the IPL, for example, there is no tax on the amount that the cricket board receives as revenue.
In Assam there is no tax no one didn't pay any tax on their income. No matter how much they earn.
There are many more examples that we can see. We saw a discussion on one nation one law, one nation one education but these are only discussion outputs is only zero.
There is no discussion on removing the burden of tax on salaried.
Do we all salaried need to sit on India Gate like farmers .....
