The Port Esbjerg has entered into a cooperation agreement with PensionDanmark under which the port will receive DKK 5.8 billion (about EUR 779 million) for the construction of facilities for the production of offshore wind turbines.

Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind, a joint venture between 壳牌 and EDF Renewables North America which is also developing offshore wind projects in the state, has called for “an industry-wide solution” instead of a bill meant to support a single developer.

1 年Supply chain participants should also get some share of such credit if they demonstrate the use of renewable energy during manufacture of the components used in offshore wind project.
