We have taken steps to enhance our processes of keeping our guests safe and eliminate the risk of cross-contamination across all locations. Our team has implemented measures to remove nuts from our menu, offer dairy-free options, and introduce local gluten-free choices. To provide peace of mind to our guests while many establishments offer "dedicated fryers" for gluten, dairy, and shellfish, we’ve gone further—NONE of our fryers contain these allergens, ensuring no cross-contamination or risk.?

1.Enhanced Fryolator?Protocol: All of the fryers at our restaurants are 100% gluten, shellfish, and nut-free. We’ve removed allergens from our fryers?entirely, ensuring no cross-contamination for our guests with gluten, dairy, or shellfish sensitivities.?

2.Nut-Free Commitment: We've advanced our allergy-conscious approach by removing all nuts from our kitchen, providing additional peace of mind for guests with nut allergies.?

3.Management Oversight: Our management team is deeply involved in ensuring orders are prepared and delivered safely. From a hands-on approach in the kitchen to personally delivering allergy-sensitive dishes, our managers play an active role in maintaining our commitment to guest safety. We label all dishes with allergen sticks for those to know the dish has an allergen.??

4.Technology for Safety: We’ve invested in technology to help us ensure protocols are being met in the back of the house. This technology includes iPads in our kitchen with updated allergen booklets, accurate photos, and handy notes to streamline our allergy tracking and ensure accuracy with every order.??
