Taurus Experience Center Inauguration

On March 4, 2022, the Taurus Downtown Trivandrum Experience Center was inaugurated by Mr. Ajay Prasad, the Managing Director of Taurus India. The center is located in the Trivandrum office of Asset Homes. Featuring a scaled model of the project, a timeline of key development milestones of Trivandrum, and a plethora of informational material on Taurus India and the Taurus?Downtown Trivandrum project, the center serves as a meeting ground for potential tenants, vendors, and clients.?

Walkthrough of Niagara

On April 7, 2022, Taurus India held a private event to mark the civil completion of the Niagara SEZ office?building at Embassy Taurus TechZone and the Groundbreaking ceremony of Asset Taurus Identity’s residential development. The 850 INR-Crore ETTZ is being constructed as a part of the Taurus India Downtown?Trivandrum project.

Attended by partners, staff, and potential tenants, the celebration marked a key milestone in the construction of Embassy Taurus TechZone.?With 11 floors and 1 million square feet of leasable space, the building is set to be completed in Q1 of 2023. Features will include a food court, childcare center, convenience store, and sports area.

When asked about the significance of April 7th's event of the Downtown Trivandrum Project, Ajay Prasad, Taurus India Managing Director, stated

"We are excited to showcase the Live-Work-Play nature of this 5.5 million square foot, mixed-use development and to mark the groundbreaking of the Asset Taurus Identity project. The Taurus?Downtown Trivandrum project is a landmark?development which will provide a new impetus to Trivandrum’s economy.”?

With respect to Asset Homes, Sunil Kumar, Founder, and Managing Director emphasized that

"The groundbreaking ceremony of Asset Taurus Identity is an auspicious beginning of creating a new lifestyle at Trivandrum. It was a much-awaited change for the young techie crowd of the capital city.?Asset Homes with its commitment to quality, safety?aspects, adherence to timelines, and value for money approach will definitely meet their?aspirations.”

Office Market Continues to Expand

As the market starts to open up again, we have held many client visits to our Taurus Downtown Trivandrum Experience Center and ETTZ construction site. Despite the obstacles that COVID-19 presented, this is proof that the demand for Grade A office space continues to be strong.

We’re seeing a rise in leading tech companies in the automotive technology sector, such as UST, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Hitachi Vantara, BlueBinaries, Tata Elxsi, Nissan Digital India, and Acsia Technologies, in Trivandrum. Similarly, the financial services sector in this tier 2 city is growing with companies like Allianz, Envestnet, EY and H&R Block leading the space.
