Taste of ChoyChoy

Taste of ChoyChoy

As a chef, the happiest thing is to be appreciated by diners.

I worked as a guest chef in five-star hotels in China and Japan.?The sense of satisfaction is really great, because I usually get compliments from four guests every night when I cook in my humble 4-seat restaurant, but as a guest chef in a hotel, dozens of guests appreciate me every night.

However, if I am not in the kitchen, even if the dishes are of high standard, the cuisine will lack original taste of ChoyChoy.?The satisfaction will be greatly reduced.

I often have the challenge of being able to standardize my dishes and keep the taste of ChoyChoy.

Many friends encouraged me to produce food products, and I did try to find partners.

But because I couldn't find the taste of ChoyChoy from their cuisine samples, it didn't work.

Without the taste of ChoyChoy, even if the guests appreciate the cuisine, there is no sense of satisfaction…

I went to SATSTFK yesterday to try the dishes.

SATSTFK is a super-large food manufacturing company in Japan. Its main customers include high-end airline catering, hotels and golf course restaurants.

It took them months to come up with 15 of my dishes.

Because of the cuisines are prepared by Japanese chef team, I was surprised to find the taste of ChoyChoy.

In addition, SATSTFK took the tasting event seriously as their top management took part of the event.

Most of the partners I've looked for in the past are ignoring cooperation with me.

Frankly, who would like to spend time with a one-person company as ChoyChoy??

Really appreciate SATSTFK's work.

More thanks to Thomas from SATS.

Thomas is a doer. Although no partnership with SATS has been finalized yet, his team has spent months preparing my cuisines.

Really appreciate it.

Congratulations Grace Choy & as you embark on your journey into new partnerships & collaborations, may you remember Dr. Seuss’ words, “Life's just one great journey. It's a road we travel as we go from point A to point B. What makes that journey worthwhile is the people we choose to travel with, the people we hold close as we take steps into the darkness and blindly make our way through life. They're the people who matter.” Enjoy every moment with all your undertakings & achievements. Wishing you all the very best & more success, more power, in all that you undertake to share the taste of Choy Choy globally. ??????????Cheers & God bless!
