Our Coach Captains & Travel Coordinator Guides

We take pride in the fact that we are locals based in Hobart City, Tasmania. We aren’t a company located in another capital city that organises tours and group holidays to locations or destinations that we don’t know intimately. We think that really makes a difference in how, where and why you get shown locations or destinations in Tasmania as part of your group tour.

Many of these locations and destinations have their own stories to tell and our coach captains and guides have a detailed knowledge of these places and can tell you about little known stories or have been a part of these stories themselves. And that’s why experiencing a new destination or location with a local expert guide that is enthusiastic and informed is the best way to really see, touch and taste a new location.

For many of our staff, getting to group holiday tour and travel isn’t really a job at all. Its a way to relive old memories again around Tasmania as well as giving people the chance to enjoy seeing and discovering new places in one of the best destinations in the world; Tasmania.

Apart from flights & insurance (where will refer you to our industry partner) we can customise, book, prepare and organise anything that your group may need. That means National Park Passes, water onboard the coach / small vehicles and also accommodation at any budget you have.

Tasmanian Luxury Group Travel Holidays: Do your coach captains offer commentary: Yes all of our coach captains and guides can offer commentary on any local Tasmanian surrounds, local heritage and food and wine experiences as examples. As an added bonus, they have a lot of stories about places that they visited as a child or travelled to later on in life here in Tasmania.

Tasmanian Luxury Group Travel Holidays: Does your coach captain help us with luggage: Yes all of our coach captains and driver guides will assist you with your luggage as needed.

Tasmanian Luxury Group Travel Holidays: Can your coach captain provide last minute suggestions / changes on the day: Yes they can. Last minute changes and things happen in all things, just like touring and travel. With a diverse range of local Tasmanian knowledge, our drivers can adapt to whatever your needs are.

Tasmanian Luxury Group Travel Holidays: Can you offer an extra microphone for guest stories: Yes, most of our luxury touring coaches have 2 microphones and we can source others as needed.

Tasmanian Luxury Group Travel Holidays: Do your touring vehicles have hand sanitiser onboard: Yes, we have a range of self-dispensing options for you.

Tasmanian Luxury Group Travel Holidays: As part of the tour or separately, can we organise airport transfers to our accommodation pre-tour / departure: Yes we definitely can. With vehicle options from 8 - 12 - 22+ people, we can work with any group size.

Tasmanian Luxury Group Travel Holidays: What happens if we want to stay longer or arrive before the holiday tour starts: No problem, there are a number of trips & experiences we can offer or recommend.

Tasmanian Luxury Group Travel Holidays: Do your tours cater to children and young adults: Depending on certain factors, we can tailor tours to suit children.

Tasmanian Luxury Group Travel Holidays: Do your tours or vehicles cater for walkers, wheelchairs & restricted mobility individuals: A number of our vehicles have wheelchair access or mobility issue steps + areas. Please note this on your quote request and we will off the most suitable vehicle for you.
