Task: How to clean Mincer
STANDARD: SOP
INSTRUCTIONS
1.
PPE requirement
● Plastic Apron
● Rubber Hand Gloves
● Safety Shoes
● Musk
2.
Materials Required
● Hand Dish washing Liquid
● Scrubbing Pad
● Sanitizer
● Disposable Tissue /Duster

Procedure
Step 1
● Wear all required PPE (Safety Shoes, Mask, Gloves, Goggles etc.)
● Switch off power supply and remove plug .
● Remove all the parts like Eye screw, Clamp, Locking ring, Knife, Blade, Auger/ Driver Worm, Hopper, Stomper pusher.
Step 2
● Soak all removed parts in Hand Dish Washing Liquid with hot water.
● Scrub and wash all the parts
● Rinse clear and soak all cleaned dismantle parts in sanitizer solution for at least 2 mins.
● Leave then for air dry.
Step 3
● Clean body with Hand Dish Washing Liquid
● Rinse / wipe
● Apply Sanitizer on the body and wipe with disposal towel
● Reassemble machine for use
MONITORING
● Monitor Cleaning checklist
Control Point
● Ensure machine is free from grease, oil and food debris.
● When dry, assemble machine so as to prevent missing parts.
● Ensure parts are good order , if not keep supervisor informed
● Make sure area around and underneath machine is cleaned
Safety
● Rinse and dry hands after use.
● For prolonged contact ,protection of the skin may be necessary.
● Do not inhale sprayed product
● Ensure adequate ventilation.
