?? Task 9.2: Create a Web Menu Using Python-CGI and API :"Integrating all the different technologies!!!!"

Hello everyone!!!

We(ARTH TEAM 1.13) have created the web application which would help you in implementation of different task in different technologies!!!

All the different technologies supported by our web application are:

-Hadoop

-Docker

-Apache Web server

-Ansible

-Logical volume management

-AWS

Hadoop Menu:

Our Hadoop menu basically consist of two different options. Basically this two options would help you to configure complete Hadoop cluster!!!!

What is Hadoop cluster ???

A Hadoop cluster is a collection of computers, known as nodes, that are networked together to perform these kinds of parallel computations on big data sets.

Basically configuring Hadoop cluster means configuring name node and data node.

Our web application will configure both name and data node in just one click!!!

We just need to give the ip address of name and data node, user name and password to application. Yes that it!!!

And complete Hadoop cluster would be configure behind the seen.

Docker and L.V.M. menu:

Our L.V.M. (Logical Volume Management) menu basically contains provisions where you can create a lv(Logical Volume) in just one click!!!

What is L.V.M. ???

LVM is a tool for logical volume management which includes allocating disks, striping, mirroring and resizing logical volumes. With LVM, a hard drive or set of hard drives is allocated to one or more physical volumes. LVM physical volumes can be placed on other block devices which might span two or more disks.

The only detail you need to give is you hard disk name, name for vg(Volume Group), name for lv(Logical Volume) and size of logical volume. That's it and then one click your L.V. created!!!!

Our application also supports to extend and reduce the size of L.V.

Our Docker menu supports or rather allow you to launch a container of your choice with name provided by you

What is docker???

Docker is an application build and deployment tool. It is based on the idea of that you can package your code with dependencies into a deployable unit called a container. Containers have been around for quite some time.

For launching any docker container you would require to download docker image of that container in your base OS. But don't worry if you don't have image downloaded in your container the just select that option in our application it will automatically download that particular image for you.

Our application also allows you destroy the container existing in your OS.

AWS menu:

Our AWS menu basically allows you to do the following things:

-Launch and t2.micro instance

-Create an EBS(Elastic Block Storage)

-Attach an EBS to instance

-Delete or terminate the instance

-Delete an EBS volume

-Create a S3 bucket

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a secure cloud services platform, offering compute power, database storage, content delivery and other functionality to help businesses scale and grow. Running web and application servers in the cloud to host dynamic websites.

Ansible and Apache Web server menu:

Our Ansible menu allows you to configure yum in newly installed instance and also allows you to configure apache web server in just one click!!!!

And our Apache web server helps you to start you web services.

What is yum???

Yum is the primary tool for getting, installing, deleting, querying, and managing Red Hat Enterprise Linux RPM software packages from official Red Hat software repositories, as well as other third-party repositories. yum is used in Red Hat Enterprise Linux versions 5 and later.

What is apache web server???

The Apache HTTP Server, colloquially called Apache, is a free and open-source cross-platform web server software, released under the terms of Apache License 2.0. Apache is developed and maintained by an open community of developers under the auspices of the Apache Software Foundation.
