Launching Monday, September 12, Chef’s Roll is excited to announce its first Featured Ingredient Challenge in partnership with The Cherry Marketing Institute. We’re asking chefs to get their creative juices flowing and design a dish based around versatile Montmorency tart cherries in either frozen, dried, canned, juice or juice concentrate form. With their sweet-sour taste, Montmorency cherries can go in anything from salads and pies to gastriques and glazes.
