I can not believe it is 1st May today. Eid mubarak to those celebrating the full moon today and well done for doing the ramzan and fasting for one month. That must have been tough for you. Spring is here and summer is oncoming too. Im on holiday in a week's time with my friend and we will be enjoying the sun. I am looking forward to wearing shorts and getting some much earned Vitamin D.

I have been working very hard with very few days off since December 2021 as I work full time as NHS Vaccinator. I work as Early years and young people s worker for Barnardos Charity bank work with autistic and downs syndrome children right now and recently I worked with Afghani refugees taking their childrne to Barnardos London Play Project in London, I work as a Family Contact Supervisor for a Family Contact centre also. I love to help those that are in the vulnerable sector, challenged and non challenged children and adults. I am always looking for variety as that is the spice of life. I have volunteered for 7.5 years for Sue bramley childrens centre for a few hours every week and I will never give that up as I love working there as LBBD Community cafe worker and help with their weekly foodbank.

In my house I am getting a ground floor shower room retiled today as the tiles were falling off and I can hear my builder working away. I had a new island fitted in my kitchen a few days ago using white sparkly marble worktop 2ft x 4 ft. My kitchen is medium size so this is fine for me and it looks lovely plus I could have guests over for dinner now on it and I find it so much easier to cook and serve in the same room. I actually prefer open plan kitchens with lounges but this house that I live in with my parents came like this so it keeps the food smells away from the lounge which is one bonus.?

I still need to tidy up my kitchen but I work most days and on my days off just too tired to do anything but as you know life kicks in and we have to wash our clothes, do shopping. clean house, get clean work clothes and packed lunch ready for next days shift on my rota. I work in hospitals and outreach clinics and some places have no shop or canteen nearby and I can not work all day 8am to 8pm on an empty stomach so planning is required.
