Welcome to Tarkash 2025, IBS Bangalore’s most awaited fest, where strategy collided with creativity and the campus ground literally shook with talent. The countdown had been long, but when January 8th arrived, everything fell into place. The fest kicked off with a beautiful Ganesh Vandana and lamp-lighting ceremony, paying homage to the fest’s theme, Chanakyaneeti - the timeless wisdom of Chanakya. The event began in grand style, with a trophy-reveal, accompanied by a high-energy dance performance that set the tone for what was to come.

With the management events unfolding in the classrooms and the cultural events taking over the college ground, it was clear that Tarkash 2025 was going to be a spectacle like no other. And as the festivities rolled on, nothing escaped the watchful eye of the photography team capturing every moment, ensuring that no memory was lost.

Management Meets Creativity

While the cultural performers dazzled on the ground, the classrooms were the battlegrounds for the management warriors. Every event was a test of strategy, wit, and quick thinking. The Karyakram (HR) event saw participants flexing their HR muscle with solutions that would impress even the most seasoned professionals. Vyapar Neeti (Marketing) ignited creativity, with participants crafting marketing strategies that could make even the big brands take notes.

The Suvyavastha (Operations) event had participants manoeuvring logistics challenges like seasoned experts, while Dhan Vikaas (Finance) saw the smartest minds crunching numbers to create winning strategies. And in the ultimate showdown - Rajaneethi (Best Manager) - leaders emerged, each decision taking them one step closer to victory.

Ekaagraha (Solo Dance) was the first to captivate the audience, with dancers performing like their very souls were on fire. The Raga Sangram (Battle of Bands) turned the ground into a pulsating live music venue, as guitars shredded and beats hit harder than ever, making the show no less than MTV Unplugged.

Day 2 brought even more intensity. Nritya Sangram (Group Dance) brought together coordinated moves and powerful expressions, while Rooprang (Fashion Show) saw models strutting with confidence and poise that could put runway professionals to shame. The Photography and Rang Neeti (Art) competitions added a touch of elegance and finesse, showcasing talent in every form.

The cultural ground was alive with color, movement, and sound—a true testament to the creativity and talent on display.

And then, the DJ Night arrived, and the campus erupted. DJ Tharun, DJ Sartek, and DJ Nitro spun the decks, making sure no one was left standing still. The beats were infectious, and the energy was nothing short of electric. Everyone, from students to faculty, was dancing, celebrating, and living in the moment.?
