Tarjama Appoints Mark Williams as Chief Revenue Officer to Lead its Growth & Expansion
DUBAI, UAE – 19 September 2022 Tarjama, the pioneering language service provider in the MENA region, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark J Williams as the Company's new Chief Revenue Officer.
This new role will strengthen Tarjama’s overall revenue strategy - expansion plans and go-to-market strategy along with client engagement and marketing functions.
Mark J Williams will support CEO Nour Al Hassan in growing the sales numbers by coordinating closely with the business development, client success, and marketing teams.
Mark J Williams is a versatile and highly accomplished senior management professional, with experience across all continents and a reputation as a technically astute visionary thinker and inspirational leader. Mark spent 19 years working for what is now Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN). Mark’s last five years at the company were spent as Group Senior Vice President and Managing Director International, where he was responsible for all group divisions outside the Americas, and US$185+ million revenue from five separate International P&Ls including its language services unit. Post DFIN, Mark worked as CEO of a start-up Content Management Company and then CEO of a leading UK-based Language Services Provider. Recently he has been advising several language companies on growth strategies and value creation.
He has over 25 years of international business experience building profitable organizations with first-class service delivery platforms. In addition, Mark has experience in M&A and post-acquisition integrations.
